This solution article provides instructions on how to set up your mobile device’s Safari browser to access SF Employee Portal self-service features.

Provided are step-by-step instructions on the following browser setups:

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Disable pop-up blocker
  3. Enable cross-site tracking

 

  1. Clear browser cache
    1. On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open Settings
    2. Find the Safari app.
      1. Under Privacy & Security, click Clear History and Website Data

 

 


  1. Disable pop-up blocker
    1. On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open Settings
    2. Find the Safari app
    3. Under General, Block Pop-ups should be off

 

 



  1. Enable cross-site tracking
    1. On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open Settings
    2. Find the Safari app
    3. Under Privacy & Security, Prevent Cross-Site Tracking should be off
