Clear browser cache
- On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open Settings
- Find the Safari app.
- Under Privacy & Security, click Clear History and Website Data

- On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open Settings
- Find the Safari app
- Under General, Block Pop-ups should be off
