This solution article provides instructions on how to set up your mobile device’s Firefox browser to access SF My Hub features.

Provided are step-by-step instructions on the following browser setups:

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Disable pop-up blocker
  3. Enable cross-site tracking

 

1. Clear browser cache

  1. On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open the Firefox app
  2. At the bottom right, click the icon for more functions
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Data Management
  5. Browsing History, Cache, and Cookies should be on
  6. Click Clear Private Data

 


 2. Disable pop-up blocker

  1. On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open the Firefox app
  2. At the bottom right, click the icon for more functions
  3. Click Settings
  4. Block Pop-up Windows should be off

 

 

 

  

3. Enable cross-site tracking

  1. On your Android, iPhone, or tablet, open the Firefox app
  2. At the bottom right, click the icon for more functions
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Tracking Protection
  5. Enhanced Tracking Protection should be off
  6. Protection Level should be Standard (default)
