SF People & Pay Power Users, those who require access to the SF People & Pay link to access Human Resources and Payroll information, are required to complete SF People & Pay classes. Those requiring access to Payroll information will also be required to complete Payroll Academy courses, see the SF Payroll Academy solution article for more information.

 

Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to enroll into SF People & Pay and Payroll Academy classes. The SF Payroll Academy solution article also provides the direct link to enroll into Payroll Academy classes.

 

Instructions for Self-Enrollment:

 

Step 1. From the Portal Home page, click the SF LEARNING tile under your WORK LINKS tab.

 

 


Step 2. From your Learning homepage, click the Learning Catalog tile.

 


Step 3. From your Category filter, select:

  • ‘CONS-People & Pay’ to view SF People & Pay courses
  • ‘CONS-Payroll’ to view Payroll Academy courses

 

 

Step 4. Review the results on your right pane and select the desired course.

 


Step 5. If there are additional details about the course, remember to click the View additional details link.

 

Step 6. Click Enroll.

 


Step 7. Click the Continue Search button to enroll into additional courses or click the Go to Course button to launch the course.

 

You can also launch your courses at a later time by clicking the My Learning tile from your Learning homepage and launching from your list of enrolled classes.
