How to Enroll Learners into a Class


Purpose: This job aid will explain how to enroll learners into a class.


Step 1: Click on the Learning Administrator tab.


Step 2: Enter the title of the class or the Class Code if known.  After entering the information, click on the Search button.



Step 3: Determine which class you want to enroll the learner and click on the Enroll button.



Step 4: Enter the DSW of the learner who want to enroll and click on the Search button. 



Step 5: Check the box next to the Learner.



Step 6: Then click on either Submit Enrollment button.



Step 7: The learner has now been enrolled in the class.
