Purpose: This job aid will explain how to access Survey Results and Reports

Requirements:
- A created class to get the Class Code
How to Create a Course and Class in SF Learning : SF Employee and SF City Partner Support
- A created survey to get the Survey ID
How to create a Survey : SF Employee and SF City Partner Support
- That survey must be attached to the class
How to Add a Survey to a Class : SF Employee and SF City Partner Support
- Learners (enrolled in the class) must have taken the survey
Navigate to Survey Reports
- Click on Learning Administrator
- Click on Learning Reports, then Survey Reports
- Enter the Class Code and Survey ID that is attached to that Class Code.
Please note: If the requirements specified in the beginning of this Solution Article were not met then the Class Code and Survey ID will not be found.
Survey Report
- Click on Survey Report
A new web browser tab will open up with a pdf of a survey report
Survey Results
- Click back on the Survey Report web browser tab
- Click on Survey Results
This gives you the ability to manipulate the survey data in a chart form.
- Click on +Expand All
This opens the chart and shows all the multiple choice answers in a chart form.
Note: If the survey included a text response, it will not show here but will show up in the Survey Report.
The data in the chart can be manipulated by checking and unchecking boxes on the left. In this example you can choose to only display Good and Ok choices in the chart.
The chart can also be turned into a horizontal bar chart by clicking on the Horizontal Bar Chart button
Click on other things on this Survey Results page and you can see the chart change.
