2020 Spring Training Series
What will the training involve?
As part of the Controller’s Office efforts to increase usage of the new COVID-19 Daily Dashboards in SF Reports & Analytics, we will be offering short, weekly webcasts designed to show City employees how to best utilize these new reports for emergency management.
From Thursday, April 16 through Thursday, May 21, we will be hosting six weekly 30-minute webcasts led by Systems Division functional and reporting experts. During these webcasts, participants will learn how to use these dashboards to access the information they need to make informed decisions. All six courses will be recorded and posted in SF Learning, and final presentations will be attached below, including answers to all your questions submitted during the live webcasts.

What do I need to do in advance?
A) Ensure you can access SF Reports & Analytics
Before these webcasts, please ensure you can access SF Reports & Analytics. To access SF Reports & Analytics, click the SF Reports & Analytics tile under Work Links on the SF Employee Portal.
Please ensure that you are connected to the City’s VPN. For problems logging into the City network via VPN, contact DT’s 24/7 Service Desk at (628)-652-5000. The following departments manage their own VPN, so employees in these departments should call their local IT service desk phone number: AAM, AIR, CRT, DPH, FAM, HSA, LIB, MTA, PUC, SCI, USD.
For new access requests to SF Reports & Analytics, please submit a service request to sfemployeeportalsupport.sfgov.org and the SF Employee Portal Support Team will provision access.
