The SF People & Pay Self Service homepage enables users with access to the SF People & Pay link from the SF Employee Portal (Power Users) to complete self-service functionality without navigating away from SF People & Pay.  

 

 

 

Access to the Self Service homepage is limited to SF People & Pay Power Users. All other users will continue to complete self-service functionality in the SF Employee Portal.

 

Tiles and Navigation Collections (Nav Collections) are based on security, which varies among users. Some users may not have access to all the tiles and Nav Collections included in this document.

 

  

 

My Information - Available to all SF People & Pay Power Users

 

Click My Information  to view and update your personal information



Access the following in the My Information Nav Collection for:

Addresses – Update your home and mailing addresses

Contact Details – Update your phone numbers, view business email and update additional email addresses

Name – View your legal name. Preferred name does not appear here

Emergency Contacts – Update your emergency contact information

Additional Information – View other personal information, e.g., gender, date of birth, social security number

 

 


 

 

 My Pay - Available to all City & County of San Francisco and Superior Court Power Users

 

Click My Pay to view and update your pay-related information



Access the following in the My Pay Nav Collection for:

Direct Deposit – Update your direct deposit information

Tax Witholding – Update your W-4 tax information

W-2/W-2c – View your W-2/W-2c information

W-2/W-2c Consent - Provide or withdraw your consent to receive electronic W-2/W-2c forms

W-2 Reissue Request – Request a reissue of your W-2 form


 

 

 

 

My Time – Available only to users with access to Self-Service Time Entry

 

Click My Time  to report your time and absence, and view absence balances



Access the following in the My Pay Nav Collection to:

Timesheet – View and report your time and absence

Leave/Comptime Balances – View leave and compensatory time balances

Time Approval Status – View the approval status of your reported time

Time Reporting Preferences – Set preferences on your timesheet view


 

 

 

 

 My Benefits - Available to all SF People & Pay Power Users

My Team – You may have access to this tile depending on your reporting structure.  If you do not see it, you do not have access.

 

Click My Team  to view your direct reports’ contact, compensation and leave balance information.  The list of team members that appears is based on position information.

 

 

 

 Manage Employee Time – Available only to users with access to Self-Service Time Approval

 

Click Manage Employee Time  to approve your employees’ reported time and absence, and access other Time Approver functions.



Access the following in the Manage Employee Time Nav Collection to:

Staff Timesheets – View your employees’ timesheets

Review Approval Status – View approval status of your staff’s reported time

Approve – Approve your staff’s Payable Time

Review Time Exceptions – View exceptions

Staff Comp Time Balances – View your staff’s compensatory time balances

Manager Search Options – Personalize your search options

 

 

 

 

 

 Payroll Reports – Available only to users with access to Self-Service Time Approval

 

Click Payroll Reports  to access the CCSF Time Entry Report.

 

 


Delegate Time Approvals – Available only to users with access to Self-Service Time Approval
