Purpose

This document provides steps and information for creating Contracts for rental and lease agreements.

 

Description

Once the Contract is approved, dispatched and executed the staged vouchers will be automatically released. Voucher build jobs for staged vouchers runs four times a day: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM. The released vouchers will require approval from one departmental voucher approver.
